Two hospitalized after Boardman crash

Two people were taken to the hospital after their car collided with a commercial truck.
Capt. Harry Wolfe, of the Boardman Fire Department, said the accident happened at about 10 a.m. today on U.S. Route 224 and Tippecanoe Road.
Wolfe said the fire department had the cut the two people from their Chrysler PT Cruiser. They were taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Their names and conditions are not yet known.
Wolfe said the driver of the truck didn’t appear to be injured.
A an officer from the Ohio State Highway Patrol Canfield Post said no other details about the accident have been released.
