REUNIONS | Former classmates plan to meet

Austintown Fitch High School Class of 1945 will have its 65th reunion July 31. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of missing classmates is asked to call 330-799-5960 or 330-533-3206.

Austintown Fitch High School Class of 1965 will have its 45-year reunion Sept. 17-18. A tailgate party is planned for Sept. 17 at Fitch Stadium and will be free to all class members. A dinner will take place at 6 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre. Reservations are due by Sept. 1. Chaney High School January and June Classes of 1946 will celebrate their 64th reunion during a breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Denny’s in Austintown. All classmates and their spouses are welcome.

Chaney High School January and June Classes of 1948 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. June 8 at Molly’s Restaurant on Salt Springs Road, Youngstown. All alumni are invited.

Chaney High School Class of 1959 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. June 8 at Davidson’s Restaurant in Cornersburg. Classmates and spouses are welcome.

Liberty High School Band Alumni Classes of 1971-91/Joe Purser Era will have a band reunion honoring Purser from 2 p.m. to dusk July 17 at Churchill Park, Belmont Avenue, Liberty. Cost is $15 per person, and you must register at http://www.kedespo.com/lhsband.html before June 30.
