Girard Lions install 2010-2011 officers

GIRARD

Girard Lions Club installed officers for 2010-2011 during a meeting on June 9 at the American Legion hall. The induction ceremony was conducted by William Cooper of the Youngstown Downtown Lions Club.

Installed were: Dr. Robert Helwig, president; Dr. William Helwig, first vice president; Sam Rafeedie, second vice president; Craig Stevens, tail twister; Joe Barnot, secretary-treasurer; and Raymond Soloman, assistant secretary/treasurer. Tony Wolf is past president.

Assuming the duties of directors were Andy Aurilio, Richard Brady, John Pearson, Ralph Yakimoff, Tom Zickefoose, John Bell, Howard Fritz, Charles Stoner and Neal Zickefoose.
