Storms down trees, utility wires

GREENVILLE, Pa.

Storms that moved through the area Wednesday evening knocked down trees and wires in parts of Mercer County, emergency dispatch there reported.

Damage was in Greenville and the townships of West Salem, Hempfield and Sugar Grove, the dispatch center said.

Someone was injured when a car slid off Kinsman Road near Jamestown, the center said. State police had no further information.
