Immunization clinic in Niles is Friday


NILES — The city health department will have an immunization clinic for students entering seventh grade.

The clinic, which covers tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis, is from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at the Niles City Health Department, 34 W. State St.

Immunizations are mandatory for students who will be in seventh grade this fall. Cost is $3 but free to those with Medicaid or who are uninsured. Parents should bring a copy of their child’s immunization record.
