Red Hatters invited to lunch/learn session

WellnessOne of Warren, 1553 Niles-Cortland Road, Warren, will welcome all Red Hatters to a luncheon-and-learn session at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 16. Dr. Bryan Cecil and Kim Berky will speak on “Wellness is Within Your Reach!” They will provide tips on increasing mobility and reducing pain through stretching and physical therapy.
