Ohio cops find woman and 2 kids out on streets naked

CINCINNATI (AP) — Police in Cincinnati say they found a woman and two children walking naked along a city street.

Officers who encountered the three Monday night took the woman to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. The children, both under the age of 10, were placed in the custody of family services.

Police say the woman appeared to be distraught. Sgt. Cassandra Clifton says she was screaming “Jesus! Jesus!” as officers took her from the scene on the city’s near west side.

Investigators say the woman and children may have been in a car that crashed nearby around 10 minutes before police started getting calls about naked people. They don’t know why the three were unclothed.
