Binion pleads innocent to PNC Bank robbery; remains jailed

WARREN

Derrek C. Binion, 33, of Linda Drive Northwest, pleaded innocent Tuesday in Warren Municipal Court to robbing the PNC bank branch Saturday morning on Parkman Road.

Binion remains in the Trumbull County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.

He returns to court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

If convicted on the charge, aggravated robbery, Binion faces up to 10 years in prison.
