Woman sentenced for bilking her grandma

NORRISTOWN, Pa.

A woman has been sentenced to at least 10 months in prison for bilking her grandmother out of her life savings of more than $170,000.

Montgomery County President Judge Richard Hodgson told Joelle Paige Speidel, 30, of Lower Pottsgrove, that she left her grandmother, 91, “penniless.”
