GOOD MORNING

GOOD MORNING

WHERE’S McDONALD’S?

You might have to alter your fast-food breakfast routine, especially if you think you deserve a break today.

A McDonald’s restaurant on Western Reserve Road is being rebuilt on the same location. The old one is gone.

The fast-food restaurant at 900 Western Reserve Road was constructed in 1997 with a prefabricated building, which caused difficulties when the company tried to upgrade the kitchen, said Jason Loree, Boardman Township administrator.

Loree said it was cheaper for the owners to demolish the building.

The new McDonald’s is expected to be completed by the end of summer. In addition to an updated kitchen, owners are planning to include a fireplace, flat-screen TV and wireless Internet access.
