Boardman Park has Fun Day for area seniors

Boardman Township Park’s Senior Fun Day took place with a luau on July 15.

Dave Burfield from the Home Medical Company spoke to the group. Several people won prizes at bingo, there was entertainment, and Joan Johnson won a prize for best luau attire.

Lunch was served by Sunrise Assisted Living of Poland, Boardman Park, and Senior Independence.

Senior Fun Days are open to the public. The next one will be Aug. 19, when Sunrise Assisted Living will provide lunch. On Aug. 26, Ron Joy-Sateri Homes will provide lunch at the Boardman Park Community Center. Make reservations at 330-965-0482.
