Baldellis celebrate 50th anniversary at July luncheon

Mr. and Mrs. Neil Baldelli of Boardman, their family and friends celebrated the couple’s 50th anniversary with a luncheon at Avion on the Water in Canfield.

Hosting the celebration on July 11 were the couple’s children and their spouses, Neil Baldelli Jr. of Youngstown, Lisa and Dave Stuart of Solon, and Allison and Josh Jenkins, also of Solon.

The couple also have seven grandchildren, Valerie and Maria Baldelli, Cameron, Cory and Callie Stuart, and Jessica and Josh Jenkins.

The former Jean Kovalcik and Neil Baldelli were united in marriage on July 9, 1960.

Mr. Baldelli served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an aerial photographer. He was employed as vice president with Abey Studio for 30 years. In 1985 he began his own business, Photography by Neil, which he operated until he retired in 2005.

Mrs. Baldelli retired in 2004 as bookkeeper for their photography business.
