Warren police investigating shooting of city man

WARREN — Detectives are investigating an early morning shooting today that sent a man to Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

Responding to a 911 call at 2:22 a.m., police went to a Francis Avenue address, where they found Anthony Blackwell shot in the leg. No further details were available at press time late tonight.
