Sister fight

Youngstown

Two sisters were taken to Mahoning County jail after a knife fight late Tuesday.

Police were called to North Bon Air Street, and officers saw Caprice Daye, 37, chasing her sister Rafaelle Day, 38, around the house with a 12-inch knife.

Rafaelle had broken into Caprice’s house through a window, stabbed the large plasma TV with a knife and punched her sister in the face, a report said.

Caprice told police that she was so angry at Rafaelle for breaking into her home and assaulting her that she grabbed the knife and tried to stab Rafaelle.

Caprice faces domestic violence and felonious assault charges, and Rafaelle was arrested for domestic violence and aggravated burglary.
