4th man faces charges in brawl

Four people have now been charged in the last week’s city hall fight, including one man arraigned Wednesday morning.

Michael Peace, 38, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to disperse. He was taken to Mahoning County jail and is being held on $3,500 bond for each charge. His next court date is Aug. 6.

Wade Shaw, Ovidio Santiago and Clyde Hudson also were arrested following a brawl that occurred after the July 14 video arraignment of Melvin S. Shaw II. Melvin Shaw is accused of murdering Tracee Banks, 17, and attempting to murder Jamel Turner, 18, June 19. Melvin Shaw’s pretrial hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday.

Wade Shaw, 35, posted bail, as did Clyde Hudson, 24, who is under house arrest. Santiago, 40, was not taken to jail and has a pretrial hearing scheduled for next Wednesday.
