Lists of Vacation Bible Schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: the complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its registration deadline. Who: Austin Village Baptist Church.

What: Vacation Bible School.

When: 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 24-28.

Where: Church, 545 Commerce St. NW, Warren.

Details: The free program is for 4-year-olds through fifth grade. There will be games, crafts, snacks, music and Bible study.

Who: Ebenezer Church of God in Christ.

What: The theme is “Treasure God’s Love — Knowing Jesus is the Greatest Treasure.”

When: 5 to 7 p.m. July 26-30.

Where: Church, 566 W. Indianola, Youngstown.

Details: The free program is for 5- to 11-year-olds.

Who: Faith Community Covenant Church.

What: The theme is “High Seas Expedition.”

When: 6 to 8:45 p.m. July 25-29.

Where: Church, 1919 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown.

Details: The free program is for 4-year-olds though sixth grade. Activities include Bible songs and crafts. Call the church office at 330-782-9338 to register.

Who: Mineral Ridge Church of Christ.

What: The theme is “Hero Headquarters — Where Kids Join Forces with God.”

When: There will be a kick-off carnival from 5 to 8 p.m. today. VBS will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Where: Church, 3911 Main St., Mineral Ridge.

Details: The free program is for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. There will be games, prizes and food. Call the church office at 330-652-5403 for information.

Who: Oak Misssionary Baptist Church

What: Vacation Bible School.

When: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday though Friday.

Where: Church, 320 Elk St., Youngstown.

Details: The program is for 2- to 17-year-olds and includes breakfast at 9 a.m. and lunch at noon. For information call the church at 330-747-1672.

Who: Triedstone Missionary Baptist Church

What: The theme is “SonRock Kids Camp.”

When: 5 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Where: Church, 2045 Jacobs Road, Youngstown.

Details: The program is for children though adults.
