Truck accident ties up I-680 traffic

The driver of a tractor-trailer lost the roll-off waste container attached to the back of the truck on Friday afternoon on Interstate 680 South just as the driver was getting onto the Madison Avenue Expressway. The accident closed exits while police and emergency personnel cleaned up the mess and righted the truck.
