Theft: $20 cash and an unknown amount of change was taken from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Norquest Boulevard.

Auto theft: A 2006 Pontiac G5 was stolen at a home in the 3000 block of Brandomyne Ave.

Menacing: A woman reported being menaced at a home in the 600 block of Purdue Ave.

Theft: A golf club, GPS, iPod and sunglasses were stolen from a carport in the 100 block of Atlanta Ave.

Theft: Police arrested Diane Sebena, 46, 36 N. Maryland ave., Youngstown and Patrick Luther, 52, 35 S. Brockway, Youngstown on a theft charge at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Aggravated menacing: Michael Hru-sovsky, 42, 3850 Okaleigh Ave., was arrestedon charges of aggravated menacing and possession of marijuana at his home.

Auto theft: A minivan was stolen, wrecked and recovered at a home in the 500 block of Forest Hill Drive.

Criminal damaging: Damage to a door was done by an ex-boyfriend at a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.

Recovered property: A 2004 Ford Explorer was recovered after a pursuit on Meridian Road.

Theft: Money and lighters were taken from an auto at a home in the 900 block of Kirwan Drive.

Burglary: Speakers were taken from a home in the 30 block of S. Main Street.

Theft: An in-dash CD player was stolen from an auto in the driveway of a home in the 900 block of Collins Ave.

Auto theft: A Cavalier was stolen after being recovered earlier by Youngstown police, after it struck a house in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.

Theft: A Garmin GPS was stolen from an auto in the 3000 block of Huntmere.

Receiving stolen property: Police arrested Sam Giancola, Jr., 41, 4151 Woodmere Drive on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Theft: Four packs of cigarettes were stolen from an auto at a home in the 1000 block of Yolanda Place.

Theft: A cell phone was stolen at ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.

Criminal damaging: A pool liner was damaged by a BB gun at a home in the 1000 block of Kleber Ave.

Burglary: A brick was used to break out a door window at a home in the 2000 block of Whispering Pines.

Recovered property: A debit card was recovered in the 600 block of N. Four Mile Run Road.

Burglary: Several individuals forced their way into an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Recovered property: A mountain bike was ditched by a male who fled on foot in the 1000 block of Idaho Road.

Auto theft: A 1991 Buick Century was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Claridge Drive.

Theft: A cell phone, keys and cooler were taken from an auto at Walmart.

Warrant: Alta Lauderwilt, 29, 2104 Russell Ave., Youngstown was arrested on a warrant for theft by Liberty police.

Theft: A gas card was stolen from an auto at Penske Truck, 350 Victoria Road.

Theft: A Citizen watch was stolen from a room at the Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Road.

Aggravated menacing: A male is a suspect in sending threatening text messages at a home in the 300 block of Idlewood Road.

June 25

Drug offense: Anthony Colla, 19, 413 E. Fifth St., McDonald, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia on N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Warrant: Robert Matthews,18, 4770 Heritage Lane, Austintown was arrested on a warrant charging theft.

Criminal damaging: Holes were made in siding of a home in the 5000 block of Norquest Boulevard.

Warrant: Harold Felger, Jr., 44, 2450 S. Raccoon Road was arrested on a warrant charging contempt and failure to comply in domestic court at Westgate Boulevard and S. Edgehill Ave.

Assault: A male is a suspect in an assault at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.

June 26

Drug offense: Miguel Rivera, 24, 12555 Bellaire Road, Cleveland, was arrested on charges of marijuana possession at Burkey Road and S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: A Playstation with three games and an ATM card were stolen from an auto in the 200 block of N. Edgehill Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle windshield was damaged at a home in the 2000 block of Oak Trace Drive.

Breaking and entering: A north door was forced open and several areas were entered, but nothing was reported missing at a break-in at the former Yo Shi Ko Spa building, 5534 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A backpack with clothing was recovered on N. Beverly Ave.

Theft: Two I-pods were taken from an auto in the 2000 block of N. Roanoke Ave.

Telephone harassment: Unwanted phone calls were reported at a home in the 2000 block of S. Meridian Road.

Warrant: Norman Weimer, 22, 1235 S. Meridian Road, was arrested on a warrant charging telecommunications harassment on Canfield and Tippecanoe roads.

Warrant: Police arrested Edward Snowden, Jr., 47, homeless, on a warrant charging failure to comply with probation.

Drug offense: Robert Milhoan, 53, 12559 state Route 164, Lisbon, and Mary Kay Hall, 44, 311 Calvin St., Youngstown, were arrested on charges of marijuana possession in the 1000 block of N. Raccoon Road.

June 27

Drug offense: Abimael Vazquez, 29, 864 Carbon Drive, Campbell, was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and Oxycodone and obstructing official business in the 100 block of Javit Court.

Tampering with a coin machine: A Vindicator box was broken into and approximately $40 taken at Cracker Barrel, 5600 Interstate Boulevard.

Theft: Vicodin and coins were taken form an auto in the 4000 block of Forest Hill Drive.

Breaking and entering: An unattached garage was broken into and two, five-gallon gas cans were taken in the 6000 block of W. Webb Road.

Criminal damaging: A mailbox was damaged at a home in the 5000 block of S. Saratoga Avenue.

Theft from auto: A drill, batteries and a charger were stolen from an auto in the 3000 block of Elmwood Avenue.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was scratched at Home Depot, 6100 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A cell phone was taken at Club Gossip, 1743 S. Raccoon Road.

Fraud: Four unauthorized bank withdrawals were reported at a residence in the 3000 block of High Meadow Drive.

June 28

Criminal damaging: A key was used to damage a vehicle’s exterior in the rear lot at the Salvation Army, 5474 Mahoning Ave.

Attempted theft: Minor damage was reported to a key deposit box at Penske Truck Leasing, 350 Victoria Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Carl Fisher, 29, of 50 Westminster Ave., Apt. 2, at his home on a warrant for failure to appear for a court hearing.

Theft: A Cortland man reported he went to the Walgreens in Warren to pick up a prescription and he was told the prescription for Hydrocodone had been picked up and signed for by him at the Austintown store. He said he never picked up the prescription.

Theft: A 16-foot aluminum ladder, a leaf blower and a 50-foot extension cord were stolen from a job site at a home in the 100 block of Forest Hill Drive.

Theft: Police arrested Frederick Haibon, 29, Naples, Fla., for theft of $205 worth of items at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Telecommunications harassment: A Hamman Drive woman reported a man called her several times, first to tell her she had won a lot of money and then called back several days later and said he wanted to have sex with her.

Recovered property: A man reported recovering numerous items, including car radios, GPS system and change that had been stolen from his home in the bushes in the 500 block of Westgate Boulevard.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman in the 100 block of Rosemont Drive reported receiving a harassing phone call from her stepfather.

June 29

Criminal damaging: Police charged Paul Wright, 19, of DeHoff Drive, Austintown, with criminal damaging and obstruction of justice after his arrest in the 2000 block of Innwood Drive.

Theft: Cash and a Compaq computer were stolen from an auto in the 6000 block of North Meridian Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Daniel Paris, 24, of 327 N. Roanoke Ave., on a warrant for domestic violence at his home.

Warrant: Police arrested Leann Gilliam, 44, of 2707 Hamilton St., Warren, on a warrant charging him with obstructing justice. The arrest took place in the 3000 block of North Niles-Canfield Road.

June 30

Criminal damaging: Water was put into a vehicle gas tank in the 3000 block of Canfield Road.

Theft: A Kodak digital camera was taken from an auto in the 4000 block of New Road.

Recovered property: A mountain bike was recovered at a home in the 2000 block of South Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: Money and compact discs were taken from an auto parked at a home in the 2000 block of Evelyn Road.

Theft: An iPod was taken from an auto parked at a home in the 2000 block of Evelyn Road.

Theft: Compact discs, coins and a DeWalt Power Pack were taken from an auto parked at a home in the 2000 block of Evelyn Road.

Counterfeit currency: A counterfeit $20 bill was passed at Burger King, 5310 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An unidentified man was seen stealing an Xbox 360 controller valued at $49.99 at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A GPS device and money were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of Maureen Drive.

Felonious assault: A man struck a male victim with a vehicle and fled the area at Quaker Steak and Lube, 5800 Interstate Blvd.

Theft: A theft of a Wii remote was reported at Game Stop, 5515 Mahoning Ave.

July 1

Drug offense: Police arrested Rhonda Dohre, 37, of 321 Atlantic St., NW, Warren, in the 5000 block of Seventy-Six Drive and charged her with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: Change and a phone charger were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 5000 block of Oakcrest Drive.

Theft: A cell phone and change were stolen from an auto in the 1000 block of Pimlico Drive.

Theft: A Dell laptop computer and a cell phone were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 5000 block of New Road.

Recovered property: A woman’s purse was returned to the victim at UniMart, 890 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: Miscellaneous change was stolen from the console of an auto parked in the driveway of a home in the 5000 block of South Saratoga Avenue.

Theft: An auto was broken into in the 200 block of Forest Hill Drive.

Assault: A water department employee was assaulted at a home in the 2000 block of Collingwood Drive.

Theft: A computer was stolen from an auto parked in the 5000 block of Nashua Drive.

Theft: Police said an employee from a heating and cooling business stole freon from an air-conditioning unit at a home in the 3000 block of Edinburgh Drive.

Identity theft: An account was opened with Ohio Edison using the victim’s identity at a home in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged and a passenger assaulted at state Route 46 and Seventy-Six Drive.

July 2

Arrest: Police charged Matthew Weatherholt, 20, of 25 Manchester Ave., Youngstown, with obstructing official business after his arrest in the 1000 block of North Meridian Road. He was released on a summons.

Arrest: Police charged Dustin Garcia, 28, of 3643 Johnson Court, Canfield, with obstructing official business after his arrest in the 3000 block of Meander Reserve Circle.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Anita Phlieger, 40, of 5178 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, for sale of liquor to minors at Winston’s Tavern, 8870 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Tammy Villars, 33, of 1153 McDonald Ave., McDonald, for a sale of liquor to minors at Brudder’s, 920 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant which was changed from a summons for Donna Marino, 48, 415 W. Third St., Niles, for sale of liquor to minors at Pilot Travel Center, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to for Jason Byrd, 23, of 81 Leighton Ave., Boardman, for sale of liquor to minors at Certified Oil, 825 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Telecommunications harassment: An unwanted male caller was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Burkey Road.

Burglary: A home in the 4000 block of Viall Road as broken into but nothing was taken.

Theft: Candy and cracker items were stolen at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A $2 bill was stolen at a home in the 700 block of Ohltown Road.

Recovered property: Numerous items were located at a home in the 5000 block of North Beacon Drive.

Recovered property: A 1994 Chrysler was recovered at the Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.

Burglary: A bicycle was stolen from a garage at a home in the 2000 block of Westminster Ave.

July 3

Arrest: Police charged Chad Kimble, 28, of 1152 Illinois Ave., Youngstown, with possession of marijuana after his arrest at Idlewood and North Raccoon roads.

Arrest: Police charged Robert Price, 32, of 4493 Mahoning Ave., for failure to appear and failure to reinstate. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Drug offense: Police charged Sheri M. Vaughn, 42, of 4860 Front St., Ravenna, with possession of marijuana after her arrest at state Route 46 and Webb Road.

Criminal damaging: A Droid cell phone and a PS3 were damaged at an apartment in the 800 block of Compass West apartments.

Theft: A cell phone was reported stolen at a home in the 4000 block of Plumbrook Drive.

Theft: A Sony Playstation was stolen at Walmart.

July 4

Arrest: Police charged Robert Hallas, 26, of 1100 Boardman-Canfield Road, with complicity to theft after his arrest at Walgreens, 3800 Tippecanoe Road.

Telecommunications harassment: An unidentified woman was making calls to a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle rear window was broken out with rocks at a home in the 30 block of North Yorkshire Boulevard.

Felonious assault: Several gunshots were fired and two live rounds were located at a home in the 200 block of North Yorkshire Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: Two tires were slashed and a hubcap cracked at a home in the 10 block of Idlewood Road.

Theft: An Ohio license plate and an Fraternal Order of Police placard were stolen from an auto parked at Sav-A-Lot, 1715 S. Raccoon Road.

Breaking and entering: A 92-year-old victim reports having several items stolen over a period of time at his home in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.

July 5

Criminal damaging: A mailbox was damaged at a home in the 3000 block of Meanderwood Drive.

Theft: An Old Town Guide Otter kayak was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Robert Frost Drive.

Recovered property: Keys were recovered at Huntington Bank, 1732 S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Nicholas Olesky, 19, 5911 Country Trail, on a warrant for failure to appear for a traffic charge.

Criminal damaging: A glass door was damaged at Vision 118 Inc., 79 Ohltown Road.

Theft: Police arrested Gregory A. Mitchell, 50, 199 Oregon Ave. N.W., Warren, on a charge of theft of a three-pack of lighters valued at $1 at Dollar Tree, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A female was issued a summons for theft and having criminal tools at Dollar General, 6000 Mahoning Ave., for theft of an estimated $106 in children’s socks, underwear and clothing. She gave false information about herself to police, who later identified her as Maria Rivera, 199 Oregon Ave., Warren, and discovered an outstanding Mahoning County sheriff’s warrant against her as well.

Aggravated robbery: a woman had been clubbed and a briefcase containing $16,000 in cash was stolen at a home in the 4000 block of Stark Drive.

July 6

Attempted auto theft: Damage to a window and steering column of a vehicle was reported in an attempted auto theft in the parking lot at Bezac Equipment, 3721 Mahoning Ave.

Property damage: Vehicle damage from fireworks was reported at a home in the 5000 block of Sterling Drive.

Theft: At a home in the 6000 block of S. Timberidge Lane.

Criminal damaging: A woman reported she had her car “keyed” in the parking lot at an apartment in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Fraud: Unauthorized purchases were reported at a home in the 3000 block of Spring Meadow Court.

Theft: A UPS package was reported stolen from a home in the 20 block of Evans Avenue.

July 7

Disorderly conduct: Police arrested Jill Iamurri, 27, 455 Brandon Ave, Struthers, on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to desist at Rumors Lounge, 104 N. Meridian Road.

Criminal damaging: A window was damaged at an apartment in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Criminal damaging: Scratches on a vehicle were reported at a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.

Forgery: Forged checks reported at Advanced Check Cashing, 3700 Mahoning Ave.

Assault: A female was assaulted by unknown males at Rumors Lounge.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman reported receiving calls from a male at a home in the 3000 block of Bryant Avenue.

Theft: Medication was taken from Ralph’s Cuts, 4249 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Donald J. Auman, 24, 312 E. Prospect St., Girard, on a warrant on a domestic violence charge.

Assault: An assault was reported at the Weston Plaza, 5533 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: Money was stolen from an apartment in the 60 block of Westminister Avenue, but there were no signs of forced energy.

Theft: A necklace was stolen from a home in the 80 block of Placid Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged at an apartment in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.

July 8

Disorderly conduct: Police arrested Michael Flowers, 19, 227 E. Reed Ave., Bowling Green, Ohio, on a disorderly conduct charge at New Road and S. Raccoon Road.

Criminal damaging: A window was damaged at Designing Life Styles, 1747 S. Raccoon Road, Suite 1.

Warrant: Patrick Soda, 51, 438 Belmont Ave., Niles, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear on a drug paraphernalia charge and a non-child support charge.

Theft: A purse and it’s contents were stolen from an auto in the 4000 block of Claridge Drive.

Attempted burglary: A door was damaged at a home in the 3000 block of Artmar Drive.

Breaking and entering: A storage unit was broken into in the 3000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Theft: A stereo face plate was stolen from an auto in the 3000 block of Claridge Drive.

Recovered property: A purse was recovered at Mahoning Avenue and Edgehill Drive.

Obstructing official business: Police arrested Timothy Minner, 27, 184 N. Roanoke Ave., on a charge of obstructing official business.

July 9

Drug offense: Police arrested Daniel Morales, 52, 215 Steele St., No. 3, Youngstown, on a charge of possession of a dangerous drug, Vicodin.

Auto theft: A 2004 Chevrolet Malibu was stolen at Rumors Lounge, 104 N. Meridian Road.

Breaking and entering: Police arrested Edmond Newsome, 36, 39 N. Four Mile Run Road, on charges of breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and drug paraphernalia at the Budapest Inn, 3780 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A homemade go-kart was recovered at a home in the 50 block of S. Roanoke Avenue.

Telecommunications harassment: A male is suspected of making harassing phone calls in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.

Theft: Anthony Seidita, 44, 116 S. DeHoff Drive, was issued a summons for theft of $60 of fuel at Pilot, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Fraud: Unauthorized transactions to an account were reported at a home in the 6000 block of Purdue Drive.

Auto theft: A 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass was stolen from Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.

Theft: A GPS and miscellaneous change were stolen from an auto at a home in the 2000 block of S. Turner Road.

Auto theft: A 2002 Chevrolet Malibu was stolen from Austintown Park, 6000 Kirk Road, and later recovered 50 feet away wrecked.

Theft: A black case for cue sticks and two pool cues were stolen from an auto in the 6000 block of Fairview Road.

Fraud: Several unauthorized charges were made on a Homes Savings credit card at a home in the 2000 block of Springmeadow.

Theft: A validation sticker was stolen off a plate in the lot in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Domestic violence: Justin M. Sparling, 26, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at his home, 3460 42nd St., Canfield.

Theft: Rashawn Jordan, 22, 1841 Tod Ave., Warren, was charged with possession of criminal tools, theft, aiding and abetting and a male juvenile was also arrested for attempting to steal $1,269 in merchandise at Wal-Mart, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

July 10

Auto theft: A 2003 Subaru Forrester was stolen at the Babylon, 14 Javitt Court.

Drug offense: Steven Clark, 29, 3442 Kingstown Lane, Youngstown, was issued a summons at Mahoning Avenue and Wickliffe Circle for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: An unknown amount of steel was taken from Main Steel, 3805 Hendricks Road.

Recovered property: A 2003 Subaru Forrester was recovered in the 2000 block of Woodland Trace.

Theft: A radar detector, GPS and coins were stolen from an auto in the driveway of a home in the 1000 block of S. Turner Road.

Theft: A checkbook, Ohio license, written prescriptions and a check cashing card were stolen at Rulli Brothers,4331 Kirk Road.

Theft: A package of dress shoes was stolen from an apartment in the 1000 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: A baby stroller was stolen from the back of a vehicle at a home in the 100 block of N. Beverly Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Rilonda Neal, 23, 452 S. Raccoon Road at Mahoning Avenue and Eleanor Avenue on a warrant charging drug abuse and she was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs, including Valium and ultram. She also had a warrant for robbery out of Boardman.

Warrant: Jessica Taylor, 27, 346 S. DeHoff Drive, was arrested on a warrant charging falsification and perjury.

July 11

Obstructing official business: Police issued summonses to Eddie Winphrie, 27, 467 Hylda Ave., Youngstown, for obstructing official business and criminal trespass in the 60 block of N. Raccoon Road.

Obstructing official business: Teresa Whitehead, 36, 444 Catalina Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for obstructing official business and turned over to Liberty police on a warrant in the 800 block of state Route 46.

Drug offense: Christina Gradillas, 31, 37051/2 Loveland Road, Youngstown, was issued a summons for possession of drug instruments, Richard Kozak was issued a summons for obstructing and contributing to a minor on state Route 46 at Interstate 80.

Theft: A Garmen, I-pod, sunglasses and CD’s were stolen from an auto in the 600 block of N. Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: An 18-speed bicycle was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 700 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Toys, CDs and canvas chairs were taken from a vehicle at a home in the 3000 block of Riblet Road.

Theft: A wallet was taken from a purse at Country Inn & Suites,5570 Interstate Boulevard.

Theft: 15 CD’s and a case were stolen from a car at a home in the 4000 block of Crum Road.

Attempted theft: Damage to a lock on a truck was reported in the 80 block of N. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Paul J. Bach, 50, 1635 Wellington Ave., was issued a was arrested on a warrant for theft and criminal trespassing.

Drug offense: Ashton Ragster, 22, 2880 Williamsburg St., Warren, was arrested on a summons for possession of Klonopin and Dwayne Moore, 25, 636 Delaware Ave., Warren, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Drug offense: Victor Nixon, Jr., 24, 139 Tod Lane, Youngstown, was arrested in the 80 block of N. Raccoon Road on a warrant charging possession of heroin, tampering with evidence, drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
