Canfield swimmers win at meet

The Canfield Swim Club’s Swim Team beat Firestone Swim Team 292 to 198 on June 30, 2010 at Firestone Park in Columbiana. The Canfield Swim Team is coached by John Stefanski and assistants, Emily King and Kathryn Mason.

Triple first place winners were Marissa Landers in the butterfly, freestyle and free relay, Matthew Bogen in the freestyle, medley relay and breath stroke, Sibel Sarac in the freestyle, medley relay and breath stroke, Daniel Bogen in the 50 back, medley relay and free relay, Gavin Trebilcock in the free relay and breath stroke and freestyle and Garrett Trebilcock in the 50 back, butterfly and free relay.

Double first place winners were Gina Landers in the 50 back and medley relay, Lexie Saunders in the medley relay and breath stroke, Sarah Heaven in the medley relay and 50 back, Mallory Allen in the butterfly and medley relay, Mickey Velasquez in the free relay and breath stroke, Luke Pallante in the freestyle and 50 back, Maggie Beistel in the freestyle and 50 back, Emily King in the medley relay and butterfly and Kamran Sarac in the free relay and butterfly.
