I-680 exit closed due to crash

Youngstown

The entrance from Interstate 680 to the Madison Avenue Expressway, is closed because of a traffic accident.

A semi-truck holding scrap metal overturned on the exit ramp going from I-680 to the expressway. Both exit ramps have been closed and Youngstown police are still on the scene. No serious injuries have been reported.
