Education is the key
Education is the key
Stop pointing fingers at each other and let’s see to it that our inner city children receive a proper education so they can be helped with the problems of life.
The question one should ask is how can we make our streets safe — safe for elders to attend daily Mass.
Early college is not the answer. Children must fist learn at home, where reading and other skills are taught before they attend school. Each child should have plenty of reading materials in order to do this.
Why can’t we use new technology before the child goes to school? Each child should have he ability to read before entering kindergarten.
Parents of inner city children can take their new baby to a library at an early age to get the child properly started.
The local library can teach preschool children the proper use of a computer.
Bring back the old McGuffey Readers for our elementary children and for high school, classes in the history of the Bible.
Children should not be political pawns. They are not the problem; they are our greatest asset
