Date is chosen for Frey-Leone rite, reception

CANFIELD

The engagement of Julie Elizabeth Frey and Daniel Antonio Leone, both of New Britain, Conn., is announced by her parents, Lee and Laura Frey of Canfield.

The future groom’s parents are Daniel Leone and Bonnie Skelding, both of Alliance.

The couple will be married at 5 p.m. Sept. 4. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony in Christman Memorial Hall at Stambaugh Auditorium and for a reception that evening at the B&O Station Banquet Hall, both in Youngstown.

Miss Frey graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in history and from the Cooperstown Graduate Program at the State University College of New York at Oneonta with a master’s degree in history and museum studies. She is a curator of collections at Litchfield Historical Society in Connecticut.

Mr. Leone earned a degree in broadcast communications from the University of Akron and is a graphic designer with ESPN in Bristol, Conn.
