First Unitarian Universalist Church, 1105 Elm St., will present Sandy Van Such in her humorous one-woman show “Love, Ludmilla” at 7 p.m. July 19.
Ludmilla is a character created by Van Such. She’s a middle-aged Russian emigr who dreams of stardom. General admission is $10 ($8 for seniors and students).
Karaoke contest seeks participants at Mexican eatery

A karaoke contest will begin Friday at Casa Del Patron, 914 E. Midlothian Blvd., at 6 p.m. with DJ Celeste. It will run for several weeks, and the winner will receive a $200 cash prize. To sign up, call 330-755-4256. There is no fee.
Victorian Weekend events scheduled in Mercer County
MERCER, PA.
Victorian Weekend is Friday through Sunday, and the Mercer County Historical Society will sponsor several events at its headquarters.
During the Mercer Community Band Concert Friday evening, the Western Pennsylvania Civil War Re-enactors Society will set up an encampment in the backyard at MCHS and will welcome visitors all weekend.
On Saturday, activities will include an artists’ reception, a tea party for girls age 6-10, used book sale, and an Underground Railroad walking tour, in addition to a doll collection display. The tea party will be at 2 p.m. There is no cost, but reservations are necessary. Call 724-662-3490.
The Underground Railroad tour will begin at 3 p.m. and will end around 5 p.m. Meet at the front door of the MCHS. The book sale will be from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
All activities will repeated at the same times Sunday.
Nickelback concerts set in Cleveland and Pittsburgh
