Parents announce Lamping-Garland wedding plans

Margaret Lamping, daughter of Russ and Mary Lamping, all of Poland Township, is engaged to Louis Garland, son of Denise Young-Nycz, both of Boardman, and Larry Garland of Girard.

The parents of the couple are announcing the engagement and wedding plans.

An open ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 28 will unite the couple in marriage at Holy Family Church in Poland. Invitations are being extended for a reception that evening at The Embassy in Youngstown.

The bride-to-be works as an ultrasound technician for Dr. James Leonelli of Poland. She attended Sanford Brown Institute in Middleburg Heights.

The prospective groom is a staff attorney for First Place Bank in Warren. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
