Miss Schumer, Mr. Powell set wedding date

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Kenzie Marie Schumer of Poland and Kyle Anthony Powell of Madeira, Ohio, are being announced by her parents, Brad and Gina Schumer of Poland.

Parents of the future groom are Richard and Barbara Powell of Zanesville.

The couple have chosen the Grand Foyer at the Edward W. Powers Auditorium in Youngstown for their 5:30 p.m. Sept. 4 wedding. A reception will follow the ceremony in the Eleanor Beecher Flad Pavilion.

Miss Schumer, a registered nurse at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, graduated from Malone University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Mr. Powell earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Ohio State University and is a corporate brand manager with the Kroger Co. in Cincinnati.
