Road relocation

Crews prepare to relocate a portion of North Hazel Street where it dead-ends at Wood Street. The city is moving this section of roadway to line up with a proposed Hazel Street Extension that will run from Wood Street north to Youngstown State University, passing by YSU’s new $34 million Williamson College of Business Administration visible in the background.
