Himrod Avenue Expressway now reopened

YOUNGSTOWN — Traffic has reopened on the Himrod Avenue Expressway on the city's East Side, which was closed for a few hours today after a one-car accident in which one person was killed and another critically injured.

Police officers from the traffic division have not completed their reports, so no additional details on the accident were available shortly before 2 p.m.
