Roth Brothers advance in Class B playoffs

Sean Kuhn scattered six hits in a complete game to lead Roth Brothers over Astro Falcons, 6-3, in the deciding game of their Class B League playoff series at Cene Park on Wednesday.
Roth advances to play Rondinelli Tuxedo in the semifinals.
Nick Cubarney had three hits and three RBIs to lead Roth at the plate, while Vince Falconi hit a double.
Kyle Allen hit a home run and a sacrifice fly for Astro, while Doug Bennett singled twice.
ROTH 4, ASTRO 3
In their game on Tuesday night Roth prevailed in nine innings. Tommy Quealy had the game-winning hit, a single, to score Vince Falconi, who reached on an error.
LITTLE B
Roth Brothers defeated Wharmby Sports 12-6 to tie their series at 1-1. Anthony Abred was the winning pitcher and he hit a triple. Deri Conner had three hits and two RBIs, while Wharmby was led by Ron DeAmicis and AnthoynMartwinski had two hits each.
