Gun, ammo, Wii console stolen from North Side home
YOUNGSTOWN — Police said a .22 caliber handgun was stolen during a burglary of a home in the 700 block of Fairgreen Avenue.
The resident told police she left North Side home around 3 p.m. Monday and returned just after 12 a.m. Tuesday to find that someone had entered her home and taken the gun and a box of ammunition as well as a Wii console game, she said.
Police said entry was gained by using a tire iron to break a window.
