COLUMBIANA

The 34west Theater Company will present “Grand Ole Jamboree” at Dutch Village Inn Wednesday and next Thursday and July 16-17. It also will be presented Sept. 22-25.

Uncle Dwight and the gang return for the third installment of this hit summer musical series by 34west. The family’s home-spun radio show is invited to broadcast at the county fair this year. Word has it they may even get to perform at the Grand Ole Opry — that is, if they don’t get into too much trouble first.

“The past two summers we’ve created this lovable mock radio show,” said Jeffrey Querin, artistic director and actor in the show. “Whether you’re returning or it’s you’re first time, you’ll laugh hard and leave happy.”

“Jamboree” includes tunes ranging from vintage gospel to bluegrass.

Dutch Village Inn provides a four-course meal featuring a buffet-style dinner. Groups can sit eight or 10 people to a table.

The production is in the banquet center of Dutch Village Inn, 150 E. state Route 14. Seating for evening shows begins at 6:45 p.m. with the meal beginning at 7.

Seating for matinees begins at 12:15 p.m. with the meal at 12:30. Tickets are $40 ($35 matinee); discounts given for groups of eight or more. For reservations and lodging information, call 866-482-5050.
