Food to satisfy taster’s choice

In conjunction with the Columbiana circuit of the second annual Tour of the Valley, a three-day cycling stage race, Columbiana Retail Merchants and Business Association is presenting “A taste of Columbiana” from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Patrons who purchase specially priced taster tickets will be able to sample the culinary specialties of Columbiana’s chefs and to vote for the “Best of the Taste” awards.

Participating in the taste sampling event at the fellowship hall of Grace Church, 140 S. Main St., will be chefs from Das Dutch Village Inn, Heck’s Restaurant, Joe’s Place BBQ & More, Lazy Bean Caf , Links at Firestone Farms Banquet Hall, Paul’s Antone’s Italian Caf , R’ Pizza Place and Shellabella’s on Main.
