DuBose-Barnette summer wedding plans revealed

YOUNGSTOWN

Janay Shamon DuBose, daughter of Manuel DuBose of Youngstown and the late Jeanette Franklin-Dubose, and Van Michael Barnette Jr., son of Van Michael and Carla Barnette of Youngstown, will be married Aug. 14 at Union Baptist Church.

A reception for invited guests will take place that evening at the Buckeye Elks Youth Development Center in Youngstown.

The bride-to-be is employed as a home health-care caregiver and will major in nursing at Youngstown State University.

The prospective groom is a tire technician and is majoring in business management at YSU.
