Out of the heat at Lake Glacier, into the frying pan later at home

Despite 90-degree temperatures, Mike Fletcher and his wife, Peggy, of Youngstown’s East Side, spent Monday afternoon at Mill Creek MetroParks’ Lake Glacier. Above, Mike gets his rig ready. The couple used balls of bread dough as bait while fishing at the lake, and the photo at left shows an example of their success. Mike, who works at a funeral home, and Peggy, who works at a nursing home, said they try to fish as much as they can and caught about six fish.
