Scrappers lose to Connecticut

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers managed just three hits in a 6-1 loss to Connecticut in a New York-Penn League game on Sunday.

Brian Heere had two hits and the lone RBI for the Scrappers, who drove all night after playing a Saturday night game in Niles.
