Eric J. Basora, 26, of Manhattan Avenue, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Kenneth M. Miller, also known as Kenneth M. Daviduk, 34, of Hartzell Avenue, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Leroy Hammonds, 65, of Erie Street, felonious assault, rape, gross sexual imposition and two counts of kidnapping.

John W. Scott, 55, of Hawthorne Street or West LaClede Avenue, escape.
