Youngstown police looking for suspect who robbed elderly man

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a woman charged with hitting her 84-year-old Cornersburg neighbor on his head with his cane in his apartment and robbing him of $1,000 on June 25.

Police are seeking Belinda Kennedy, whose last known address was on Flo-Lor Drive, who is charged with robbery and listed on the police report as being between the ages of 40 and 44; white; 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown hair and weighing about 200 pounds.
