Indians win again

Justin Masterson took a shutout into the ninth inning, Matt LaPorta homered for the third straight game and the Cleveland Indians beat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-1 Thursday for their season-high fifth win in a row.

LaPorta’s three-run shot highlighted a six-run fourth inning. The Indians’ winning streak has come right after they lost seven straight.
