18 Greatest | Jonah has tough words for Salem's No. 4

The Vindicator and Farmers National Bank offered up our 7th hole Tuesday as we march toward our "18 Greatest Golf Holes of the Valley."

And the hole's a beast — 610 yards ... par 5 ... uphill ... Welcome to Salem Hills' No. 4.

Our "Greatest" blogger, Jonah Karzmer, has some interesting thoughts on this hole:

"I love Salem Hills. It's one of the best semi public golf courses you're going to find. Anywhere. With all that said, I have to admit, this would probably not be my pick for the second par five on our Greatest 18 list."

"I'm just not a huge fan of par fives that either take driver out of people's hands OR don't really offer a true risk/reward opportunity."
