They don’t take much, but they don’t give much either

I enjoy reading How You See It and comments from other writers, like Tom Hall from Lisbon. I agree with his Love/ Hate remarks.
I would like to add something of my own. In working the daily crossword puzzle, I came to a clue, 34 down: “Unpaid factory worker.” It worked out to be robot, which along with being an unpaid worker, is also a nonbuyer of the company’s product.
Perhaps the unpaid factory worker should be done away with and laid-off workers recalled. I am sure they would buy the products they make.
