TRAVELING THE GLOBE: Ryan Fitzsimmons, son of Mary and Bill Fitzsimmons of Liberty, stands on a glacier in Ushuaia, Argentina, regarded as the southernmost city in the world. There, he boarded the MV Ushuaia, a cruise ship that sailed to Antarctica.

The trip took two days. Though Ryan took some photos, he and his family are waiting to receive photos taken by a professional photographer on the trip.
