Catholic charities agency schedules grief-support workshops

WARREN — Catholic Charities Regional Agency will present three workshops, “How to Help Yourself Through Grief,” at its Warren office, 175 Laird Ave. NE, on the third floor.

The one-hour sessions are conducted by the agency’s family support workers and will take place at 1 p.m. on the following Mondays: Jan. 25, Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. The sessions are free and open to the public.

The topics for discussion include: the grief process and grief journey, stages and emotions of grief, circumstances that affect grief, and self-help strategies and additional resources.
