Polish Arts Club offers scholarships

YOUNGSTOWN — The Polish Arts Club of Youngstown seeks applicants for its scholarships.

Third- and fourth-year college students, as well as post-graduates, are encouraged to apply for the $500 scholarships. Polish descent is not mandatory if an active member of the Polish Arts Club sponsors the student.

The deadline to apply is Jan. 29. The winners will be announced at the group’s 75th Annual Scholarship Art, Music and Tea Reception at the Butler Institute of American Art, Butler North, from 1-4 p.m. Feb. 21.
