With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, it’s time for The Vindicator’s second annual Love Story Writing Contest. This is your chance to win a prize for your special someone by finishing this fictitious love story:

To what lengths will Patti go to try to come between Mary and Mike? Is the love the young couple share strong enough to withstand her devious attempts? Or, will Mary and Mike find out that love doesn’t always conquer all?

You decide. Tell us in no more than 500 words for a chance to win one of the following prizes:

1ST PLACE: A $100 gift certificate for dinner at Tara A Country Inn in Clark, Pa.

2ND PLACE: A $50 gift certificate to Full Circle Florist in Youngstown.

3RD PLACE: A 2-pound box of assorted chocolates from Philadelphia Candies, provided by The Vindicator.
