Butler starters: Gordon Haward, 6-9 sophomore guard (16.8 points per game, 8.9 rebounds per game); Shelvin Mack, 6-3 sophomore guard (15, 3.6); Matt Howard, 6-8 junior forward (10.8, 4.9); Willie Veasley 6-3 senior guard (9.1, 3.9); Ronald Nored, 6-0 sophomore guard (4.3, 2.3).

Notes: The Penguins are coming off Thursday’s 70-66 loss against Valparaiso. The team was guided by Mays, who was named Horizon League Player of the Week and scored 21 points. The loss ended a two-game winning streak.

Next: The Penguins will head back home to the Beeghly Center for a three-game home stint beginning Jan. 22 against Milwaukee.

Butler starters: Brittany Bowen, 5-10 junior guard (14.4 points per game, 5.4 rebounds per game); Melanie Thornton, 6-1 senior forward (15.5, 8.3); Susan Lester, 6-2 senior forward (9.7, 5.8); Alyssa Pittman, 5-9 junior guard (9.5, 2.1); Terra Burns, 5-8 junior guard (7.5, 3.7).

Notes: YSU is still looking for its first win of the season against while battling injuries. Dimitrov was injured during an away game against Loyola and is out indefinitely.
