Super Bowl party at St. Michaels

The Canfield Athletic Boosters will host its annual Super Bowl party on Feb. 7 at St. Michaels Family Life Center.

Ticket price is $100, and for an additional $25, a second person may be added to your ticket. (Two people max per ticket.)

Each ticket entitles the person to one block on the pool, buffet dinner, halftime snacks and beverages.

For the board, there will be new numbers each quarter, mini-boards and more.

Canfield Baseball Club signups end Feb. 15

The Canfield Baseball Club is accepting registrations for the Spring 2010 baseball and softball seasons.

Registration is online only at www.canfieldbaseball.com. No walk-in registrations or mail-ins accepted. Deadline is Feb. 15, 2010.

Track boosters to meet

The track boosters are meeting Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the media center at the high school.

Recognition dinner set for football coaches

The Curbstone Coaches football all-league recognition dinner will be held at the Georgetown at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 24. This event is open to the public and the cost is $25. Bill Castrovince, sports director at Channel 33, will serve as the Toastmaster.

The organization will honor the all-conference players from the City, Steel Valley, Inter-Tri County and All-American conferences.
