Getting it right

The Cecil Monroe whose photo appeared on A1 of The Vindicator’s Jan. 14 edition is not the Rev. Cecil Monroe who addressed the city school board Tuesday and called for the resignation of Dr. Wendy Webb, superintendent of the Youngstown City School District. The man picuted in that story is the father of Rev. Mr. Monroe, whose name also is Cecil. The correct picture appears at left.
