Family advocate DODD will speak at library
AUSTINTOWN — The Arc of Ohio NE Branch, co-hosted by Turning Point Residential, welcomes Peggy Martin, state family advocate DODD, who will speak from 6-8 p.m. Jan. 28 at the Austintown Library community room, 600 S. Raccoon Road.
She will speak about changes to the waiver programs, transitions program, and vision of the Family Advisory Council. There will be a question and answer period as well as open discussion.
Turning Point Residential has offered to provide respite services for those with special needs whose family members would like to attend. Take loved ones to the No Limits Workshop, 10 Lexington Place, Austintown, beginning at 5 p.m. There will be entertainment and music.
