GM Lordstown considers temp shutdown because of slow Cobalt sales


General Motors officials are considering temporarily shutting down the Lordstown complex because of slow sales of the Chevrolet Cobalt.

Jim Graham, president of United Auto Workers Local 1112, said a one-week shutdown in March is being considered.

Tom Mock, a plant spokesman, said no final decisions have been made.
