Arthritis aerobics class returns at Niles S.C.O.P.E.

NILES — The Tuesday aerobic exercise class has started again at the Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center.

The low-impact program is good for those with arthritis or an injury, or anyone who wants to improve overall health.

The program’s design is unique because of the variety of techniques used to achieve and improve the quality of health and overall well-being of the individual. Each participant will experience movement sequencing to music.

Jennifer Yocum, certified Arthritis Foundation instructor, teaches the class, which meets from 12:30 to 1:15 each Tuesday. The cost is $1 per person per class.

For more information contact the Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center at (330) 544-3676 or stop in today at 12:30 p.m. for the class. The first class is free.
