North Lima company to oversee church expansions in three states


NORTH LIMA — Cogun Inc., which manages church construction projects, has been hired to oversee expansion work for congregations in Pennsylvania, Tennessee and South Carolina.

The North Lima company has been asked by Crossroads United Methodist Church to oversee construction of a new building for its campus in Oakdale, Pa. Crossroads has three campuses in the Pittsburgh area.

Fellowship Bible Church in Murfreesboro, Tenn., has hired Cogun to help it study whether it should build a worship space. The church has been meeting in a middle school and has about 300 to 400 people attend each weekend.

Eastlake Community Church in Irmo, S.C., is looking to add more space for its ministries and has hired Cogun to evaluate its master plan and form building strategies. The church put up its own building in 2004 after meeting in local schools and has continued to grow.
